SSG CNC Series
The Supertec SSG CNC series are designed for grinding square workpieces in small and large batch productions as well as individual parts. SSG CNC series can perform ordinary surface grinding and side grinding operations under single setup.
- It is built with a table sizes from 300 x 600 mm to 600 x 3000 mm and distance from table to the center of spindle from 370 mm to 420 mm.
- Equipped with 3°-upward elevated wheel head, SSG CNC series can perform ordinary surface grinding and side grinding operations under single setup.
- The operation can ensure the perpendicularity accuracy within 0.002 mm (⊥ ≦ 2μm).
- The grinding machine is especially suitable for the grinding operations of linear quideway, linear guideway block, mold manufacturing industries, and other square surface grinding applications.
- The hydrodynamic wheel spindle ensures the precision grinding operations.
- The reinforced ribbed box-type base is made of Meehanite cast-iron, to ensure the high rigidity and stability of machine.
- Precision manual scraped guideways, Hydrodynamic lubrication system and Turcile-B guarantee a long lifetime of quality.
